This unit requires host approval. After you submit a request, the host will confirm availability. You will then pay to confirm the booking.
- You submit a booking request with your chosen dates and guest details. No payment is taken at this stage.
- The host (owner) receives your request and is notified by the platform. They will approve or decline, usually within 24–48 hours.
- If the host approves, you receive an instant notification (WhatsApp and/or email) with a link to complete payment online.
- You pay online within the time given. Once payment is complete, your reservation is confirmed.
- After confirmation, you automatically receive the check-in and access details (e.g. village/beach access) via WhatsApp and/or email.
- If the host declines or does not respond in time, the request is cancelled and no charge is made.
