Joining YallaSahel is free, with no monthly or yearly subscription fees. You can register and start managing connected units without any upfront joining cost.
YallaSahel charges 7% of the rental amount as the platform commission, plus 3% for transfer and payment processing fees, making the total platform fee 10% of the rental amount.
YallaSahel collects the rental amount from the tenant or guest, and the funds remain held by the platform until the guest checks out of the unit. Then, 48 hours after checkout, the returns are automatically distributed between the owner and the unit manager or broker based on the agreed percentage recorded on the platform.
Financial payouts are processed after the guest checks out, within 2 days to 1 business week, to ensure that the stay has been fully completed, the unit has been properly handed back by the guest, and that there are no pending claims or compensation requests, especially if the owner has activated the option to collect a security deposit through the platform.
After the booking is completed and the stay has ended, YallaSahel automatically distributes the returns based on the agreed percentages between the owner and the unit manager or broker, and each payout is transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered on the platform for each party.
